  • Qualified service organizations that maintain confidentiality

  • Reporting a crime on our premises or against our personnel

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive these communications as permitted by applicable law and your signed patient consent forms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors and service providers that support our operations, including customer service providers, electronic health record vendors, survey platforms, and text messaging service providers, is permitted solely for purposes of providing authorized services on our behalf.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text messaging services necessary to deliver such communications.
