Re-Entry and Community Justice

The goal of treatment at Realization Center’s Re-Entry Program is freedom from substance use or emotional issues and the ability to lead a fulfilling peaceful life. We use a comprehensive case management approach to assist client’s in acquiring the life skills needed to transition to the community following incarceration and live a productive, successful life.  A multi-disciplinary team of professionals including Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselors, CASAC’s, LCSW’s, LMHC’s, Psychiatrists and MDs assure quality care in a safe, supportive environment.
